Confirmed 3 days prior. no show. people were almost stranded and it took 1 h longer to arrange alternate ride. when i messaged and called the contact phone number that i had successfully used previously (to make arrangements), the texts delivery and"phone number was unavailable". pretty darn disappointing .ed
UPDATE/ received a phone call from Dan and he expressed accountability and made a genuine effort to remedy this. This is a man of honour. Service was provided and customers are very happy. A happy ending to a stressful situation. Thanks Dan!
